Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia is hosting a day of respite at Norfolk Botanical Gardens for caregivers of older adults. Learn about the importance of self-care, have your questions answered by a panel of experts, and enjoy fun activities and surprises!

The day will include a Caregiver Centered Seminar by Dr. Aaron Blight, a Q&A Panel of experts on Elder Law, raffles, gifts & lunch.
