Older Americans Month Celebration East Suffolk Recreation Center

On May 24, 2018, our seniors gathered to celebrate Older Americans Month and show they can "Engage at Every Age"! The day's event included a showcase of artwork and crafts they created, a nutrition session on calcium from dietitian Kirsten Romero, rock painting, and EnhanceFitness exercise from instructors Mona Burwell and Caitlyn Allen.

As a part of the Subaru Share the Love Event, Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia held a gift wrapping event at the Virginia Beach Antique Mall on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018.
