Personal Care

After an illness or during a period of convalescence, our Personal Care Program can help you with bathing, food preparation, feeding, and other self-care tasks. Our staff will assess your condition and help you develop a care plan. Then, they will arrange for short-term personal care services through a licensed home health agency, and work with you on developing a long-term plan if needed.

Income Guidelines

• If your income is at or below the federal poverty level, there is no fee charged for the service.
• If your income is higher, you will share the cost of the service, based on a sliding fee scale.
