Volunteer Onboarding Process

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Senior Services volunteer!
Please review the volunteer onboarding process below:
Step 1: Fill out the Senior Services Volunteer Application
Step 2: Once approved, you will receive an email with a link to add more information to your profile.
Step 3: Once this form is complete, you will receive and email prompting you to login to your Portal Dashboard to complete your HIPAA and APS trainings.
Step 4: Upload your APS training certificate to your portal dashboard and complete the HIPAA quiz with the survey monkey link.
Step 5: Once your trainings are complete, you will receive and email to complete your Volunteer Packet of Agency Paperwork.
Step 5: After we receive your Volunteer Packet, you will receive an email from Universal Background checks to complete information for your background check.
Step 7: Once your background check is complete and approved, you will be ready to volunteer!
