A Matter of Balance

Have you been restricting your activity over concerns about falling? There’s another solution! A Matter of Balance is a FREE, 8-week workshop that will help you to gain confidence and reduce your risk of falls. This evidence-based program was developed at Boston University. Learn to manage falls and increase activity levels via education, home and community safety, exercise, and goal setting.

What to Expect:

  • View falls as controllable
  • Set goals for increasing activity
  • Make changes to reduce fall risks at home
  • Learn exercises to increase strength and balance
