Walk With Ease

Looking for ways to better manage your arthritis? Then this workshop is for you! Walk With Ease is a FREE evidence-based program for seniors with arthritis or other related conditions. While walking is the central activity, the program also includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies.

What to Expect:

  • Reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis
  • Increase balance, strength, and walking pace
  • Build confidence in your ability to be physically active
  • Improve overall health
