Our Evidence-based wellness programs are scientifically proven to improve your overall well-being.
All of our classes are FREE for those ages 60 or older.
Bingocize®
Our most popular class, Bingocize® combines exercise and health education with the familiar game of bingo. It is a great, fun way to get moving and socializing while working to overcome health problems.
Program highlights:
- 10 week course
- Meets twice a week for 1 hour
- Learning materials provided
How it helps:
- Improves lower/upper body strength, gait, balance, and range of motion
- Improves aspects of cognition (executive function)
- Increases social engagement
- Improves knowledge of falls risk reduction and other important health topics
A Matter of Balance
Learn to manage falls and increase activity levels via education, home and community safety, exercise, and goal setting.
Program highlights:
- 8 week course
- Meets weekly for 2 hours
- Learning materials provided
How it helps:
- View falls as controllable
- Set goals for increasing activity
- Teaches changes to reduce fall risks at home
- Learn exercises to increase strength and balance
Chronic Disease Self-Management
This class is perfect for older adults with one or multiple chronic health conditions. If you or a loved one are living with a chronic condition such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, or other ongoing health problems, this workshop is for you!

- 6 week course
- Meets weekly for 2.5 hours
- Learning materials provided

- Learn to manage your symptoms
- Goal setting and problem solving solutions
- Teaches you to communicate with your healthcare team
- Makes daily tasks easier
Walk with Ease
This class is great for seniors with arthritis or other related conditions. While walking is the central activity, the program also includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies.

- Meets weekly for 1 hour
